The project will utilise a mixed methods approach, including literature reviews, stakeholder consultations, and case studies, to gather empirical evidence for the development of the dashboard.

The project consists of three stages:

Stage One: Evaluate climate vulnerability, adaptive capacity, and needs of primary health care centres (Puskesmas).

Stage Two: Identify potential climate services, assess feasibility, and develop context-sensitive measures.

Stage Three: Develop a dashboard to facilitate climate-just decisions and track the progress of the implementation of climate services in primary health care centres.
